This is a simple example of using CSS and a dynamic layout where only layout information in contained in index.jsp.

You can switch from Layout 1 to Layout 2 to see how the same components are included in a different layout. Since this is a simple example the Layout you choose will not be remembered. Layout 1 is the default.
